Kong Stuffing: Sensitive Stomach #1

Some dogs have such sensitive stomachs that even choosing the wrong treat to give them can have dire consequences. This stuffing recipe uses mild ingredients that agree with most sensitive dogs so they don’t have to miss out on fun time!

Sensitive Stomach #1 Kong Stuffing Recipe

  • plain white rice
  • boiled chicken
  • cottage cheese
  1. Plug the small hole at the end of the Kong with a bit of chicken.
  2. Spoon in a mix of the rice, chicken, and cottage cheese.
  3. Serve as-is at room temperature or freeze for a more challenging experience.

Ingredient Notes

Rice should be thoroughly cooked, plain, and unsalted.

Chicken should be boiled plain (removing the fat first) then shredded or diced into cubes.

Cottage cheese should be low fat with no added flavors.
